Camping and RV Parks in and around Yellowstone

Visiting the greater Yellowstone area you have lots of choices on where to park your View or Revel.  You will find links to find RV parks (outside the park) and campgrounds where you can reserve and park inside the park (this includes Teton National Park).

Yellowstone Park Campgrounds

NOTE: The View has a length of 26 feet and Revel has a length of 20 feet - many campgrounds have a 24 foot length limit for vehicles

Yellowstone offers 12 campgrounds with over 2,000 sites. Yellowstone National Park Lodges takes reservations for five of these campgrounds: the rest are first-come, first-served. For details and links to more information, check out the table below.

Yellowstone also offers a network of backcountry campsites for people who prefer to explore and camp along less traveled routes.

Grand Teton National Park

Some campgrounds also have a utility surcharge. Fees vary for electric hookups and full hookups. Jenny Lake and Colter Bay have walk-in sites available. All campgrounds provide modern comfort stations. Signal Mountain Campground has one site with full hook-ups and 24 sites with electric hookups. Colter Bay RV Park and Headwaters Campgrounds & RV sites do have full hookups.

RV and Trailer Villages
Colter Bay RV Park and Headwaters Campground and RV sites at Flagg Ranch have full hook-ups, showers and laundry. Colter Bay has 112 sites. Headwaters has 100 trailer and 75 tent sites. Advance reservations are advised.

Group Camping
Reservations are available for group camping at Colter Bay and Gros Ventre campgrounds. The sites range in capacity from 10 to 100 people. Advance reservations are required and may be made through the Grand Teton Lodge Company at 307-543-3100.
